Hi, I am trying to create a map for my friends and I that looks like a realistic world. I don't want a seed that looks cool. I am looking to make a large island so I can place borders around it using worldborder plugin. I am trying to get a world that looks similar to Fenderfell in Massivecraft.

I know how to do the border, I just can't figure out how to create an island that looks like that. I have plugins like worldedit and voxsniper.
Try the program World Painter to create an island, then go back in with Voxelsniper and WorldEdit to do the fine tuning. Make sure to set the seed type to ocean, or you'll get land generating on the edges of the map.
