if anyone wants help with instalation i made a pre installed minecraft.jar to make it easy for everyone:)
step 1: open up roaming (%appdata%) and goto your .minecraft folder
step 2: open your bin folder and locate minecraft.jar
step 3: delete the minecraft.jar you have located in the previous step
step 4: drag and drop the minecraft.jar you downloaded into the bin folder
step 5: open minecraft and install the shaderpack you want
step 6: enjoy GLSL shaders mod
Everybody who has errors, please read original post (facepalm), and now im repeating:
If you have issues:
1. Did you make sure Optifine is above the Shaders mod in Magic Launcher?
2. Is the status of both mods in Magic Launcher OK?
3. Is your Minecraft .jar the 1.5.2 version?
4. Do you consider your computer powerful enough to handle Shaders?
5. Did you correctly extract the individual Shaders from the Shaders pack and put them in the shaderpacks folder?
6. Did you look in the GLSL forums for answers?
7. Is your Optifine D3 Ultra?
You go to finder, then click go on the top of the screen, then go to "go to folder", type ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft, go to the bin folder, rename minecraft .jar minecraft.jar.zip , unzip it, download optifine, unzip that, drag all the files from the optifine folder into minecraft.jar,
It will ask if to replace or not, click apply to all, then replace, then optifine's installed too. Just a little tutorial.

Thats illegal, to release mc.jars...
For the quote above to bottom one.
No,actually it isnt. the minecraft.jar itself can't do crap,even with the source code.It's not how it's made. minecraft.jars aren't illegal to release.(technically,yes,because it's copywrite,but then again,there's a TON of MC SRC in Forge,and no one's nagging them.)
Shaders Works With Optfine Below Shaders For Me With 3 Errors But When I Try Log Into A Game It Gets Stuck On Downloading Terrain

Here's Also Some Extra Details

Yeah I know. It stucked with Donwloading Terrain me too. So you have to delete all MineCraft files (except shaderpacks, saves, texture packs, servers.dat, screenshots) and Force Update.
My god, I dont understand. I have forge modloader, Optifine D3 ultra, and I installed it correctly, but the mod doesn't show up in the mods section in for modloader. I also don't understand where to *.vsh and *.fsh files. Please help me! Also, even when I start a world, the shaders don't appear. <--- Edit: 07.03.13 12:47.?? P.M.
Shaders look really nice but my graphics card just makes it look really weird and laggy.Do you think you know or you can make one compatible with Intel core i5?
