For now, we will do the Dark Theme as shown above.
1) First navigate to Eclipse > Help > Eclipse Marketplace
It should take a while to load in the first time
2) In the 'Find' text box, type in color theme and install the first suggested.
3) Install it. Confirm > Accept the license agreement > Finish
It would take some seconds to install...
4) Restart Eclipse if prompted.
Installed
5) Okay, it's time to color the interior part (The main coding text interface)
Navigate to Window > Preference > General > Appearance > Color Theme
Select your theme. (The 'After' example above is Obsidian)
As said, you can make your own custom theme on eclipsecolorthemes.org
Click 'Apply'.
Restart if prompted.
Now you should have color in the interior part.
6) Now its time to colorize the exterior parts
There are a lot of UI Themes for Eclipse. We are going to use the Dark Theme.
Click here and download then perform the instructions as stated there.
7) If you installed it correctly, navigate to Window > Preferences > General > Appearance.
Select 'Dark Juno'.
Hit 'Apply' and it should immediately dark out. Restart Eclipse for full effect.
That's it you're done. All of these colors will not affect you coding privileges.
To build a custom UI Theme, go to the Eclipse Marketplace then download Eclipse Chrome Theme.
I'll post an uninstalling procedure soon for sureness...
