Since MC Forger Installer doesn't even open, I'm stuck with trying to install it manually. But there's no tutorial, so I'm stuck here having no idea what to do. Does anyone know how to install MC forge universal, or know how to fix the Installer.
I'm using Windows XP 32-Bit SP3. Outdated, but I seriously don't wanna upgrade.

2. Forge Installer WILL run try right clicking > open with > Java Platform SE Binary if that's not there then you don't have java and therefore I don't see how you can even play Minecraft...
