Nope, didn't work, and I don't have any texture packs / mods (and this: http://imgur.com/NJcmF)
Also, it seems the original post decided to leave out the part where I said I took out my old (broken. D:) graphics card and am using the built-in card I motherboard has. D:
Aside from not being used for a couple years (due to the dedicated card), nothing should be wrong with it.
It works with World of Warcraft too, if that helps.

You know, this is so crazy it just might work... but you could try installing a texture pack.
It's definately a long shot, but you could try first with a 16x16 pack and then with an HD pack.
Especially with the HD pack, because they replace the default textures, this could fix it...
I would start with finding the latest driver for your integrated GPU but it might be that it isn't compatible with the graphics library Minecraft is using. I've heard of people having problems with particular games because they use OpenGL, etc. That might be the case here.
Yeah, the most straightforward way to resolve this is probably to spring for a new card. If you play WoW and anything else you really kind of need one anyway. No integrated GPU is going to come even close to a discrete card.
Anyone know what this is and how to fix it?
At the minecraft launcher, before you login, click "options" and click "force update!", then login.
