Ok. When I go to launch minecraft, everything goes fine in the launcher itself. As soon as it gets to the mojang screen, it'll load almost all the way, but not quite. I've tries deleting my minecraft launcher, and redownloading it. I've tried deleting my .minecraft folder, but nothing's working. I just got a new laptop, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but even if it does, for the first few days it worked perfectly fine.

I found that you don’t have to install those. If you’re unsure on whether you should be uninstalling something or not, do a bit of research. I had to delete a few things that I guess I downloaded by accident and now Minecraft works fine. Thank you though Conor

If it doesn't work, post a HijackThis log.
Download it here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/files/2.0.5 beta/HijackThis.exe/download
Run HijackThis as Administrator, click on "I accept", then "Do a system scan and save a log file".
Then a text file will open. Copy everything, then paste it on https://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.
While it does sound scary, it does not give us any personal or sensitive information.
