So a while ago I noticed this issue with Minecraft where if I have any kind of video-rendering window in the background (not minimized), for example a YouTube video playing, Discord screenshare or OBS preview, even though I have above 400 fps there is so much screen tearing that it feels like 20fps.
I have a GTX 1050Ti overclocked (with no issues about temperature or rendering before), so I really don't know what is causing this issue and I'd really like to have it fixed.
This weird render-lag happens across all minecraft versions i believe (only played 1.8 and 1.14)
I have a Intel i5 6500 and 8GB RAM so pc performance should not be an issue, besides this issue only started appearing recently.
