Buddy of mine recently started renting a server. Other than me, every one of our friends has had zero issue connecting to the server. Below is most of the information I have regarding the issue. I've been attempting to fix this for a few days, yet still no solution. Any help would be appreciated.
io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information
Tried disabling my firewall, making sure Java is allowed through firewall, reinstalling Java, reinstalling Minecraft. The only odd thing I have found is that I am able to connect to the server when I take my computer to my friends house. This makes me think that this is a network issue, however, I have no idea what the issue is or how to resolve it.
