Here is some advice, learn basic computer assembly, its not at all hard, invest in a shock preventing tool, and buy the various parts.
First off, I have a build in mind, I know how to build a computer, and I know what I need. What I'm doing is looking for builds that may be better off, and letting people have a theoretical 1,000 USD to build a computer. Thanks anyway :smile.gif:
Total is $960 and shipping was $20 and change. Tax is dependent on where you live. Spend anything left over on whatever cooling you might want or a cd/dvd drive if you don't have a spare lying around.
European ~740
I'm looking to build a mid-high end gaming computer.
*Edit*
Forgot to say that I will not ever use a laptop, just sayin'
Desktop is what I would like - and nothing pre-built aswell ;3
I'm leaving the rest up to you...
Thanks

Get Out.
Alienware is terrible. Huge price for little hardware.
The desktop on the other hand is quite good. Except for the 4GB of RAM which isn't a big deal.
Go with the desktop, or build your own like I put above.
Yeah, I like MCdude123Nates's build... Anyone else?
