To be honest, I don't think I will be buying it. It's textureless-polygon-based, something I will probably never get used to. Notch also mentioned the possibility of monthly fees. I understand why he would charge for online play, but I have better ways to spend my money. However, the concept of being able to program a virtual 16 bit computer sounds pretty cool.
My thoughts exactly. I really think notch is getting out-of-hand with his laziness. A cool concept is one thing, but the ability to execute it well is another.

I don't think it has anything to do with laziness, but rather, personal preference. I'm sure it will be a great game for some people. I'm just not interested in that sort of game.
I love the concept, but I'm not sure Notch can pull it off well. The monthly fee is also worrying.

“If, by some strange coincidence, a hundred sharp pencils I was carrying embedded themselves in a third-party, would that be an accidental death?” - Nisemonogatari
That report is so incredibly stupid that I forgot what I was going to say...
I watched Notch streaming development of it, and even the early version that's just to test editing the INSIDE of a spacecraft looks amazing. I will be buying it.

I still have yet to see anyone make a statue of a dwarf strangling a kitten that you can live inside.
Well, as usual, I'm going to have to watch some let's plays and watch the development before making my desicion. I'm assuming that many, many people who are famous for their Minecraft Episodes will pick this up to see if it has Merrit (And who knows, maybe TotalBiscuit will put an video of his first impression of this on his channel).
And just to notify everyone, this is pre-alpha, where he is still making descisions and where we know only minimal stuff about the game and what not, how about we all wait to learn more before speaking about it.
Oh...One last thing, Any bet's on how many digital copies this game will sell first day of release?
What do you think about 0x10c? The above link has a screenshot of it.

Second, that report made me forget what I was going to say.

I would've loved that.
Pixels are lazy enough. Blank polygons? That is unadulteratedly, assholishly, lazy.
I was wondering all three. Apparently, we have a pirating anti-Semite who think Notch is a Jew
