Heh, one question. I'm sure this has been asked and its kinda an obvious question... but can Moderators not only moderate, but comment on forums like any other user? Such as: Nice Server! or I don't like this server.
We are free to post as we wish but... we absolutely have to remember that little badge over there. <-- As moderators we have to bear in mind that not only can any comment we make be construed as coming from the staff but that some users may give our comments more weight because we're moderators. In other words, we have to be careful what we say and make sure that it won't reflect badly upon the staff or forum.
Is there like, a required amount of posts? Most mods i see have over 1000 posts..
Also I submitted an application but I have an infraction that ends on the 7th of April, will it get rejected?

There's no post-requirement. Quality over quantity, as the admins say.
Also, I'm fairly certain the infraction won't be much of an issue. It also depends on what it's for, I'd guess.
Of course, I'm not a mod. I'm just repeating what I've observed from the other pages of the thread.

There is not a required post amount, but obviously we don't want you to have barely any posts, because that would show you're not active. You don't require you have over a thousand, but by general rule I typically frown on anything less than 100. Of course though we do check your posts, so spamming just to get your post count up would be quite counterproductive. Also, mods have a lot of posts because we are very active (we kind of have to be) and we do need to post locking messages, so those count toward it.
As to if you'll be automatically rejected because of an infraction, no, you will not. Will it alter our decision? Possibly, but we care more about the entirety of all of your posts rather than the one or two mistakes you may have made. Infractions and suspensions are like prison. The idea isn't really to punish you, more to rehabilitate you. You don't want to condemn you for doing something wrong, we try to change your actions to make you a more productive and contributing member of the community.

After reading 20 pages of posts, I see alot of people getting accepted, that makes me happy C:
I got 2 denies and 1 pending, when I heard that people vote, I improved my post alot, now I know it's not just somebody telling me no, all the accepted mods vote yes or no

Just so you know:
I've had a moderator that had 25 posts when they started
I made someone a forum admin with around 300 to help me.
Post count really doesn't matter as long as you have enough for us to be able to tell what kind of person you are and if you'd be a good moderator. 25 extremely helpful posts are better than 100 bland posts.

Just couple of months ago, I had applied and been denied. Now I find it ironic that I am getting that message asking me for mod. Too late guys you should have hired me when I was actually around this place, then maybe I wouldn't have left in the first place. And yes I am 100% aware that the message was sent to almost everyone.

No. What made you think that?
It was just something that got in my head :3
No, some people don't get accepted for mod on the first try.

Yes, if you have E-mail Private Messages enabled.
Yes, if you're a good enough mod and there's a vacancy in the admins, then you might be promoted as an admin.
