I don't know if there is a possibility for a guy like me who gets infractions every month to become a moderator.
OK listen. The Moderators and Admins have posted countless times that just because you receive infractions doesn't necessarily mean you will not get the position you want.
I've posted an application in December. How long dose it usually take for an application to be reviewed? Is this a normal time span for me to be waiting for this?

On a daily basis, I'm assuming they get loads of applications. They can't spend hours and hours each day looking through them and deciding, so it's a very slow process. Patience will be the very big key factor here.
Don't quote me, but there's a small chance your application could've been accidentally skipped. Maybe they are backed up a few months, I am obviously not someone who would know for sure.

Yes. Batches usually take around 1-2 months, depends really on the number of applications in the batch.

As an additional note to this: While 1-2 months is how long it normally takes, it takes as long as it needs to. If for whatever reason that means 3 months or 4 months, that's how long you'll wait. Reviewing applications is an additional task for administrators done whenever they have the time to, on top of everything else they do.

sry guys i know u get asked this slot but how long does it usually take to get a response, 1 month?
If you look at the replies just before yours, you will see the answer.

If you know we get asked this, you know we have given answers. This question is answered on every page.
It was literally answered right above your post.
I just went back several pages out of curiosity, and it amazes me how lazy these people are. I hate to sound mean, but all it takes is to read the first post, and/or even the first two pages and most of your questions are answered. The majority of this thread is Am I in the current batch?, Will past infractions hinder my ability?, How long does it take?, etc. Learn to read, people!

Realistically, someone should at least read the first post (as it contains 90% of the information they may want) and at minimum the last page or two, and that'd eliminate almost every question asked for probably the last 100.

Sadly, I'm willing to bet the majority of these users just look for the 'submit application' link and ignore the entire post.
While everyone's input on how the same question gets asked multiple times per page is greatly "appreciated", please keep this thread to actual questions about the application process. Thank you

Agreed, This thread is not for discussion, I should have not said anything.
Aight, I was starting to get worried because i've been waiting quite a while. :/
It was from a few years ago and is most likely outdated unless the site administrators are being crazy. The batches take extreme more amounts of time then they used to back in the days...
Quick Question:
How come you can try out more than two platforms to moderate, but no-one ever (That Ive seen) Got accepted for two or more? Or is it extremely hard to succeed and moderate two platforms?
All the people under the "Forum Admin" section in this thread has the ability to accept/deny applications.

Applications cannot get skipped because of the way the applications process works.

Curse members do not decide on moderator applications.

Apparently... Looking on almost every page I see the question, "How long s it take for my application to get looked at?"
Sadly, that is most likely true.
Wow, thought it would be more than that haha.
Aight, I was starting to get worried because i've been waiting quite a while. :/
That answer is from 1.5 years ago, you know. If you look at the more recent answers, the estimate is closer to a month or two.
Should have said etc....
