Don't be If, however, you do get denied, DON'T reapply right away. I know I did, but that was before I knew not to. What I would do if I got declined again would be to wait a few months, become a better contributor to the community in those months, and then reapply
This is no situation to be nervous about. If you get denied, just move on! That doesn't mean you can't apply ever again. I would just wait a few months or so and contribute to the community more than you were the last time. Just keep your chin up, smile at the world, and the world will be sure to smile back.

I actually reapplied 3 days after I got denied because I don't think my 1st application was very detailed. I try to help the community as much as I can, but I also try to entertain the community too.
Is it possible to change which sections you would like to moderate? I want too add another
You may change the sections by editing your application. If it turns into a whole new application, do not fear because this is a bug and this happens to a lot of people.
Dear Mods, what do you judge people on? Their app, posts, threads, or basicly(<-- I hate this word so much) everything. I tried to make a very detailed app and spent about a day or two planning then typing it.

Also, No, when mods look at your old app, they are redirected to your edited one.
Moderators look at pretty much everything about you. How helpful are you to the community? How do you contribute to the section you applied for? How mature are you (note: not age)? What impression does your application give to the moderators? And so on. There is no set point that has a 100% chance of getting you the position.

It varies. For me, the applicants app, posts (not single word, relevant), threads, previous infractions (making sure that you've learned from them), and a few other factors (location, etc.).
I wouldn't become obsessive over how you write it, I wrote mine in about 7 minutes on the spot.
The quality of your posts and where you post is the biggest deciding factor. Quantity however, does not matter. The other staff (besides FA's) will chime in like if they know that the user breaks the rules a lot, etc. And to be honest, your app is not the deciding factor of you becoming a moderator. As long as your posting good content and helping the community, you have a good chance.

To me, I believe that moderators look at everything about you. They look at your posts, application, and if you've broken any rules. You are in good shape if you have not broken the rules, have good quality posts, detailed application, and just a helpful member in general.

I actually have one infraction, but that was when I first joined the forums.
Sorry man. Trying to be honest with you. You still have a chance, hang on to it.

1500-2000 would be correct.
Just gotta be patient, they have a ton of apps to read, and they can't focus on that 24/7 since they have other forum duties to perform.
They are still working on 1500-2000. Just be patient, be active on the forums, and contribute to the community.
This was not your fault, it is a known bug with the system.
Simply edit your application
Edit it here: http://www.minecraft...et/mod-recruit/
It is unknown exactly what day or time you have to wait, just be patient.
This is just a glitch in the system. Admins will look at the latest ones.

No.
All your old ones are ignored, only your newest one is processed.
No when the admins reach your unedited one, they look at the newest one.

Infractions do not matter as citricsquid said before:
