Hi, i just want to know if this is legal and if i am going to have a infraction if i write that in my seed topic: "If you like the seed, a reputation point can be appreciated!" ? Please tell me the awnser, this is only a question! Ssss...
As far as I know asking for reputation is not against the forums rules but can be very annoying to the reader. My suggestion is ask for feed back and not reputation or have a poll of some kind.

Basically asking for rep is spammish. Rep doesn't do anything but is just a nice way to show appreciation so "reminding" people to rep you or beg for rep points or stuff like it is not allowed as it is completely voluntary. A "I like this and I'm going to show my appreciation even though no-one asked or told me to do it." thing.
Oh, and using alternative accounts to artificially inflate your score is a big no-no.
Tip: Don't ask, otherwise people will just become annoyed and never give you any reputation points.
To directly answer your question though, no, it's not against the rules if you include it in your signature or in your topic. However, making a post just to ask for rep can be seen as spam since it adds no new information to the thread and it's not on-topic, so don't try it.
Rep is just a way of showing your appreciation for something a user posted. Worrying about receiving rep is really just a waste of your energy.
