It might've been asked before, but I just want some clarification.

What is exactly the avatar size's limit? I think I saw there's the limit somewhere for Members, but what is it for Retired Staff's? Are they the same?

That's the avatar dimensions limit. I was asking of the [file]size, like 100kb and such.

I think it's 100KB, I cannot upload a 130KB version of this avatar that I using. 500KB only seems to work for staff members.

I'd thought so too, I tried 93kb picture at most and that's about it. Can't go any further. :L

Though I thought Members' are a lot bigger?

You are correct about the member's ones being larger.

That's strange, because I just uploaded a 402KB image with a test member account:

I believe that's because that account is in the Members group? Me and Nimphina are in the Retired Staff group, and I'm pretty sure they act differently.

Ah, yeah. Retired Staff has a different size it looks like

I guess you could ask someone with ACP access to add a larger image for you...or just unretire
