i cant seem to upload it to my profile but i keep getting an error saying it needs to be 500Kb or something. also i cant make it move on any programs on windows 7.

I had this problem as well. Try contacting forum staff, and see if they can figure out what's wrong.

EDIT: I downloaded it, and it's ~700 kb, and this is too large. Your image must be lesss than 500 kb.
