You barely have 100 posts. You've not been here long enough. How does the staff know you could be trustworthy when you've only been here for a short amount of time?
When you are reaching the one thousand mark, that's when you should apply for moderator, not when you've just went over 100.

Post count is absolutely meaningless. There are many moderators who have 50-100 posts.
No it won't, I had an infraction and about 70 posts when I became a sectional moderator. Infractions won't make a worthy candidate any less of one. And post count is absolutely meaningless.
