I got invited, I clicked apply, then my computer restarted because of Windows Update, and now when I try to click the link in my history, It says I do not have access to this function

I recently applied to be a moderator and when i try to check my application all it says is that I don't have permission to view that page. I don't know if this means that was accepted or denied, I just really wanna know what happened. Thanks.
