I'd like to notify forum moderators of a bit of a glitch I'm having.
I've made over 50 posts and my title is (was, is supposed to be) "Gold Digger".
However, I've noticed just today (5:00 PM EST, July 30, 2009 if it helps) that my post count has been strangely reduced from 50 to 5. The ones digit went missing. But, that's not all the weirdness of it.
I posted around 5:30 on a forum game. My post count was shown as the glitched 5 before I posted - but also after I posted. So, it means that for purposes of my title, the forum is used the glitched post count number... but somehow, when adding another post, it has not changed the tens digit into a ones digit.
Short version: I had (and still have) at least 50+ posts. That number is still somewhere. The title looks at its tens digit only to determine its value, but when I post, it still racks it up to the original value (50+).
I do not know if anyone else has experienced this, but I get the feeling it's possible and very probable.
I only wanted to notify the right people, I am trying to keep this as low-key as possible...
I don't want to be a sore to the moderators (I sort of got off on the wrong note with Citric already)...
Please help. Thank you. That is all.
EDIT: This post moved it to 6, so I'll assume I now have 60 posts. Also figured out that forum time is in military EST.
My post in that thread was nothing personal, just my opinion on that idea!
Also, the posts in forum games were removed and now no longer count. You had around 50 posts in forum games and your post count was auto adjusted to reflect the change.
13 in - Devil's Wishes
10 in - The Word Game
9 in - Kill the User Above!
8 in - 5 Word Story
4 in - Sentence From 5 Letters
2 in - Count To 100
2 in - This Or That
1 in - Last One Who Posts Here Wins
49 total, just in the games... I am seriously addicted to them.
But by all means, don't take them down. :biggrin.gif:

Anyway, my count JUST went down by 20. Like a few minutes ago.

Tells you how much I play the forum games, doesn't it, now? Heh...
I probably would have figured that out if I had looked at "News and Announcements," wouldn't I? Meh.
*whacks self in head*
I'll be fine... I need more common sense, sometimes.
Sometimes.
[Also]
I posted it after you asked this, my fault for not doing it first :smile.gif: Sorry!
Haha, well I don't! :biggrin.gif:
