I've gotten warned twice, once for "HoUxEs" and one for necroposting, and now I have set my location to "Hans Island" witch is a spec of rock in between Canada and Greenland(Denmark). Will I get banned?

You'll be fine, just be sure to review the rules. Hopefully this will be the end of you receiving warnings - but the way the system works is as you break more rules, you gain more points. As you gain points, you'll receive posting suspensions of various lengths. However, as time passes, your warnings will expire and the points won't be held against you.
