It was likely marked due to all of the corporate branding, and because our spam-filter is a little over-zealous with new members.
However, that mod also breaks our rules regarding copyright as it appears that you've just pulled some images off of the internet to use as your item textures rather than creating your own sprites. This isn't allowed as images on the internet are subject to copyright unless explicitly stated not to be. As such I'm not going to restore your thread. Sorry.
Please create your own graphics for your mod and create a new post for it when you're able. (This includes new screenshots, obviously.) And if it still gets marked as spam, feel free to DM me about it.
Meanwhile, I suggest engaging with the community a bit. If you're new to making mods, consider asking for some feedback before just going ahead and posting the first thing you create. If you can't make your own textures, you could also try commissioning an artist in the Resource Pack Discussion forum since, yes, people there also make stuff for mods. Not generally for free, though. The more you get involved the less likely the forum will be to think you're a spammer.
Sorry, I'm new to making mods and I made a mod named "Nikocado Avocado Mod", when I uploaded it, it got automatically marked as spam

I hope that helps you.
