However, most people use 3rd party sites like https://imgur.com/ to host the image, and then post a link to the image within your post. When you post a direct link to an image file from a website, the forum generally automatically embeds the image into the post like so:
This is the easiest way to get a picture within a specific part of your page, as using the option built into the forum always just places the picture below your post.
