Whoa, whoa there son! You at least have to become a sectional moderator before you even think of becoming a forum admin. And I'm pretty sure that this forum doesn't select random users at request to instantly become admins. Sadly, you're likely never gonna be promoted to a forum admin and neither am I or any regular user around this forum.
In order to be a forum admin, first you have to be a moderator. After being a moderator and proving yourself capable, citricsquid or Puyodead have to decide that 1) there is an available slot for another forum admin and 2) that you, above all other mods, would be best suited for it. After that, they'll privately ask if you want the responsibility.
Currently, since they are not accepting moderator applications, a forum admin would also have to decide that you are a member that has proven yourself through reports and posting habits that you'd make for a good moderator to even start the process of becoming an admin. Instead of concerning yourself with that though, you should just continue to use the forums as you choose to and reporting content that needs moderator attention and not worry about becoming a forum moderator or admin.
Also, if you wanna become part of staff you should have a higher thanks level. Followers help too.
We had a forum admin with less than 300 posts at the time I appointed her to be my replacement while I moved and continue to work with me as admins together, and a mod that had 25 posts that was a moderator who did an extraordinary job. Reputation, followers, and posts hardly matter (as long as there is enough posts for mods to get a feel of how well you handle yourself and your personality).

There are people who have a grand total of zero followers who have been appointed to become a moderator.
In addition to the posts above, I would like to reiterate that joining the staff team is not a popularity contest, however many thanks and followers you have does not influence the decision by the forum admins to appoint you as a moderator. It also does not mean that you are suited for the job better than others because you have more followers/thanks.
When I became a moderator, I had zero followers. I had less than 400 posts. I was doing pretty well on thanks, because my posts tended to be of the long, explanatory variety, but nobody cared. That wasn't any of what it was about.
There are two main criteria for a moderator: 1) Does this person want to make the forums a better place? and 2) Can they do the job? Most people who apply fail on one or the other of those. (and there are some people who would be great at both, but are too sane to apply)
There are 6 admins, about 50 mods, and over 3 million members. When you think about it, admins have to show that they are better suited for the job -- more skilled, more dedicated, more reliable, and more available -- than literally millions of other people, primarily the dozens of people who have been demonstrating those things for months or years as moderators. And openings don't come along very often. Just as it's better to have too few moderators than bad moderators -- an overworked mod might miss things but a bad apple would actively cause harm -- the same is even more true of admins. There's really no room for error there.
So, in summary, it's not about how popular you are -- it's about how likely you are to be good at the job. That can only be judged by an overall view of how you've acted in the forums during the time you've been a member. Popularity has nothing to do with it.

Why nobody cared when you are the moderator during first day?

This is 100% wrong. Mods and Admins are selected based who is best for the job, just like any other job. What you said there has nothing to do with it.
Any answers by members, admins, moderators and wiki sponsor will be appreciated.
This is absurdly wrong. Both mean absolutely nothing when it comes to selecting and hiring people to join our team.

He is referring to how nobody cared about his post count, followers, etc.
