I have to reload the page to make it go away, and it comes back every two friggin minutes.

I'm not getting this glitch at all. I think it starts when you have actually abused someone, and it starts glitching back. Just don't abuse anyone, and you'll be fine. You're lucky that you even get a warning.

Stop spreading false information.
It was not a warning, it was an infraction.
Now, stop trying to make me look like a bad person. I got that infraction in the beginning of June, so there is no reason for it to be appearing now.
Secondly, I have gotten only 4 Infractions in almost 3 years, my last one before the one that keeps popping up was from July 2012.
Unless you have any useful information to provide, and not just rumors, Go Away.

Well, depends.
If the forums uses the same html code for each loading/infraction notice, then this should stop it. But if the software creates a new one each time, that is unstoppable unless with some extension or script I have no knowledge about.
For Google Chrome, I had the same thing happen. Right click the black overlay around the Pacman symbol and click inspect element, right click the highlighted line of code, and click Delete node. After that, you can click the acknowledge button.
