If I am not mistaken, at one point we could craft something called cracked stone. Or was it cobblestone? Has that item been removed? I am using Java 1.14.4. I would like to use it to build a rundown castle. I know I can use Mossy Cobblestone and other items but I really would like to have something that would make it look like it has faced wars in the past.

Are you thinking of Cracked Stone Bricks? There's a cracked version of Stone Bricks, not of Stone nor of Cobblestone.
