I am looking to purchase my son a new computer. The problem I am having is that I have no clue how to migrate his Minecraft world files.
For one, I know virtually nothing about the (Windows 10 store version) for the game. From what I have read, the Minecraft files are stored in the %appdata directory, which isn't normally backed up.
1. Is there a way to move the files to a directory that is normally backed up by the Windows 10 backup app?
2. How do I go about restoring his Minecraft worlds from a Vanilla Windows 10 install?
