I was making some mods, but after looking at the progress 1.13 has made it became pointless. 1.7.10 will be too far behind all these new things mojang has added to the game. It's just too good and I'm willing to drop a dozen dead mods for the better. I never thought I'd see the day this would happen. Personally I love the ocean. I'm a huge fan of ocean mods and this is effectively my ultimatum. It was fun 1.7.10...

He's probably still using 1.7.10 because of all the mods available for that version.
