Hey if anyone good with command blocks is reading this I got this from a video on youtube /summon Villager ~ ~4 ~ {Profession:1,CustomNameVisible:1,CustomName:"Speedy",Offers:{Recipes:[{maxUses:10,buy:{id:371,Count:1},sell:{id:373,Damage:16418,Count:1}}]}} and it works perfectly except I dont know how to edit the villagers speed in this command (I want him to not move so speed 0 is what im looking for) I know there is ways to make him not move without commands, like the most obvious one place blocks around him but I am making an adventure map and want it to look nice.
Also please approve this post I want to get my restriction taken off- thanks!

Currently a bug prevents you from directly applying the Speed and Slowness potion effects directly into the dataTags of the /summon command. You can, however, use the "movementSpeed" attribute, which is much more accurate anyway. Setting this to 0 will prevent the villager from moving:
