I'm thinking about buying a gaming PC and I'd like to know what kind of price range I should go for.
I'll be playing games like minecraft, tf2, counter strike and maybe hosting a minecraft server on it.
Can I get some answers? :smile.gif:

You dont need a gaming computer to play minecraft or tf2 really, but a general good price range for a gaming computer would be $1000 - $2000 depending on how serious you are

i would say you could get a decent custom build for around 700-800 dollars. I suggest around 8 gb of ram and an intel i7 processor with a high end video card and graphics. Also the more hard drive space, the better off you will be. Good luck!

Well I just thought a gaming PC would be best to run games smoothly. Or maybe not
It's a lot easier than people make out :smile.gif: You just gotta make sure all the components are compatible :smile.gif: There are tonnes of forums where people help out with that though :smile.gif:

$2000 for a gaming PC. What the hell?
I can build one of the best PCs on the market for like $1500 tops.. which will run everything for the next forseeable 5 years...
You can easily custom build your own PC to run new games on medium-full graphics for anywhere between $700-900
If you want a computer for just over $700, I was going to build one but decided against getting a new computer. Here's the thread that has the build My link
I have a very nice Asus G60Vx gaming laptop which I bought for 600 dollars. You can find some great quality laptops like that one for around 600 dollars if you know where to look. 750 dollars is a pretty good spending budget. If I were you, I'd go for Asus. Quite inexpensive.
