I suspect you've somehow caused the graphics driver to stop working.
What's the model of your graphics card?
Maybe you chose the graphics card which does not support Minecraft. Is that so?
If you bothered to read the OP you'd notice that it isn't showing up in DXDiag, meaning it won't register to any graphics application at all.
Pretty much every graphics card is compatible with Minecraft anyway so your post makes no sense whatsoever.
