I'm trying to make command which knocks players up by using invisible creepers that explode instantly. The problem is that whenever invisible creeper is summoned, it appears visible for really short period of time even though it has invisible effect. I tried to go around that problem by using Optifine by making the creeper texture invisible if the creeper has name "Invisible", but now the problem is that i can see the name tag when it spawns inside of me for a short time.
Here's the summon command. I've also included screenshot if it helps.
/execute at @a run summon minecraft:creeper ~ ~ ~ {CustomNameVisible:0b,ExplosionRadius:1b,Fuse:1,ignited:1b,CustomName:'{"text":"Invisible"}',ActiveEffects:[{Id:14b,Amplifier:0b,Duration:100}]}
I forgot to mention that the version is 1.14 so testfor can't be used. But that's not the problem. It is improvement but then other players could still see the creeper which is more than undesirable.

That's what I also thought but as I said, it still appears visible for a little while even though it has invisibility
Well, you can use testfor to detect the eye direction of player and summon creeper back at player

Oh! You can summon not ignited crepeers, make them invisible, than teleport to players and blew them by /entitydata
