I am making a game type that requires the world border to slowly shrink over a very long period of time. I am trying to spreadplayers but I am thinking that some players might end up spawning outside of the world border if they join in later into the game.
I have my world border set to 20,000 and have it shrinking at 1 block per 2 minutes.
Any ideas on how I can fix the player spawning situation? If there is a way to detect if a player is outside of the world border, I can probably set a different tag for new players that uses a different spreadplayers command.
I am unsure if it’s possible to make spreadplayers based on world border. You could make them BOTH dependent on a scoreboard variable, if you wanted to.

Unsure of my approach to this issue!

Im not entirely sure, but i am 90% sure that players wont be put out of the world border with /spreadplayers
