If you want to make "blood" particles come out when you take damage do the following:
First create a hurt scoreboard:
/scoreboard objectives add hurt stat.damageTaken (This basically increases your score every time you take damage)
On a clock in this order:
1) execute @a[score_hurt_min=1] ~ ~ ~ particle iconcrack_152_0 ~ ~1.4 ~ 0 0 0 0.14 100 force
2) scoreboard players set @a hurt 0
Number 1 is basically emitting a particle at everyone who has taken damage.
Number 2 is then quickly resetting your score back to zero right after you take damage, so the particles don't keep emitting.
Try it out and HAVE FUN! Feel free to use this in any maps
Ok, but how will I make a video with this? You just explained. I was looking for ideas to make the video and post it here. But only the idea. Not all that.
