When using the summon command, the movement speed attribute let's you control how fast a mob is, or whether it can move at all. For some reason, however, when I set the movement speed of a vex, bat, or parrot to a super low value such as 0.0001, they still move around normally.
Does anyone know of a way to make one of these mobs hover in the air without moving? Removing the AI would not help me in what I'm trying to accomplish, but I just don't see a way out of this problem.

The constant teleporter worked. Thanks!
