• All prices are in USD - you are expected to pay your currency's equivalent.
• All payments must go through PayPal or credit card.
• For projects where I'm not charging an hourly rate, 100% of the payment will be required up-front after a sketch has been approved, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Prices and terms are negotiable but any alterations must be mutually agreed upon.
• Chargebacks will result in canceling your project, terminating/redistributing/reselling the files, and a scam report on any online marketplaces if applicable.
• Raw files may be provided (upon request, not by default) for a fee.
• A fee will apply for any changes made for the final product after the final product has already been approved and sent to the client.
• You are not permitted to resell/redistribute my artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.
• I reserve the right to showcase art I've created in my portfolio - you may request that I wait a period of time before uploading your project, but I may choose not to honor that request.
