It's a web series. Not minecraft-related, but it's seriously been cutting into my getting-exploded-by-creeper/building-a-sky-fortress time.
The show is me and two other british guys bumbling across the USA, getting into adventures. Imagine the film 'The Bucket List' except all the characters are played by a less-charming/attractive version of Hugh Grant.
Episode 6 - Crime me a river
Boxtick America goes renegade as the chaps embark on an audacious crime spree that sends shivers down the spine of the law and Jonny into a state of paranoia.
Episode 5 - I love you, tan
The gents enjoy spooky Sunday, meringue Monday, wine Wednesday and a Haagen bath before finally manning up and chopping down a tree. Then it’s off to the Jersey shore for a bit of GTL.
There's a shameless plug to my own deviantArt profile. I put just about all of my work on there, but not really any works in progress, so here, have a cookie:
How do you draw your pics? your outlines are very much clean and i have trouble getting that effect w/o a marker
That's because I do use marker. I used special illustration pens though, which is how I got that extra clean look to them. Normal sharpies can look clean if you're good with them, but it's very easy to make mistakes like having the ink seep into the paper and make what I like to call "pausing dots." I always draw out my stuff entirely with pencil before I line it with a marker though. Saves you from a lot of extra hassle and unfixable drawing errors.
This was my first attempt at digital painting in Photoshop, about six months back. I got the inspiration to do it after watching a few youtube videos of people's speedpaintings and wanted to see how well I could do my own. So I watched a few tutorials to get an idea of how to start, and ended up with this:
Took about 1 hour and 20 minuets on an Intros4 Wacom tablet (small size). It's not very detailed, but I'll see if I can make some improvements once my laptop is repaired.
