Instructions: (note these instructions assume you use the default controls)
the nunchuck joystick acts as WASD
Z = jump
C = sneak/crouch
A = Left Click
+ = Right Click
- = Inventory
Home = Escape
1 = Drop
2 = chat
D-pad Left = move active itemslot one to the left unless active itemslot is 1 then 9 is active
D-pad Right = move active itemslot one to the right unless active itemslot is 9 then 1 is active
And now the tricky part, to activate the mouse override you have to hold B, i repeat to look around or click the mouse you have to hold B
I will try to answer any questions but i just started this today so yeah i'm a noob at it too
pro-tip: have your wiimote pointing at the screen while perfectly flat (lay it on the desk if you have to) when you click run in the GlovePIE interface, makes it much easier to control
Oh, and this script will control your mouse outside of minecraft as well just note that the wiimote buttons are mapped to the keys used for minecraft
*Updated the script file, it had stopped working for me so i made a minor tweak and re-uploaded it, the link points to the updated file
Awesome! Pity I don't have a Wii to try it out with. You should defiantly make a video of it, just use a voice changer if you don't like the sound of your voice.
I got one at bestbuy (for IR wiimote stuff) for ten bucks.

Games that are still enjoyed thanks to modding-
Morrowind, Oblivion, Starcraft, Garrys Mod, Half-Life (And thus TF2, Portal, ectectect), ect.
Modability isn't just a word I made up, it's the line between Minecraft being a fad and a cult classic.
well i should've called this v 0.1 cuz it is a little......buggy i guess is the best term
1st problem is windows bluetooth stack keeps dropping the wiimote the other is that i borrowed the mouse code from the code that came with the glovepie download (no use re-inventing the wheel) but it only uses the internal sensors of the wiimote which are not that accurate
i have found some scripts that also use the IR sensors on the wiimote but haven't had a chance to play with them yet but once i do i will post those scripts and what you need to do to use them if they work all right
i am also going to look around for a different set of drivers for the wiimote and /or an interface to interpret the information it sends
WOW awesome! almost everything works cool. i just need to be able to rotate view (like when i move the mouse to the right, i rotate right and see right (ingame, of course)) it keeps saying wiimotionplus is not detected. whats that? or i can get a way to move the camera with out using wii motion plus? to rotate the camera, do i need to move my hand or its a button?

My signature sucks, I got to change it.
Maybe tomorow.
There is no reason for anyone not to have a bluetooth dongle. They are extremely cheap now days. Just stay away from most retail stores lol when I saw $20 it made me cry a little inside. You can get them for under $2 if you know where to shop :wink.gif:
Very reliable site, I order tons of stuff every month from them.
Also I was going to make something like this today, good thing I searched it up first to at least modify a bit :wink.gif: anyways I was going to make controls similar to Boom Blox. In the way that you hold the trigger to stop all camera movement so you can swing your arm like a mad man to break blocks while keeping the camera centered. Not holding the trigger button on the wiimote would move the camera freely like any fps on the wii.

Awesome, I've gotta try this then.
I just added a USB one to my Rig, cost me just under 10 bucks. have a look at Tigerdirect or Newegg.
IMO, playing with the pointer is much better when you're playing a first person game.
Makes it terribad if its not all the time :ohmy.gif:

Why? I imagine there is some good reason, it just doesn't seem logical to me. that is if you also have a web cam on your PC to track the wiimote.

Not for me. I can't play well with a mouse and keyboard.
