I am looking for a server that is around 30 slots(dunt like big ones.. small-medium ones are more like a family), have some good admins/ops, a combination of survival and creative... so yes building and pvping.. with some good plug-ins and organized.. not just a random server with people on it doing stuff.. Ideally its NA based, cuz im in Canada, and I might donate for something like premium or vip that gives me extra previliges.. But i wont spend like 50 on the server.. so around 20 or 30 bucks for the best premium would be great.. and that's it.. Hopefully I can find one that's good!
P.S. I dont mind whitelisted servers.. In fact they are better, cuz we can keep some griefers out! But I dont mind "public" servers that ban griefers and stuff.. Thanks..

It is a couple days old, new map, only 2 towns, One of them is a prison ( Super far away )
and another is the spawn town. Pvp is enabled but any act of greifing isnt. No Whitelist, It is NOT Hamachi. Building areas literally 20 blocks from where you spawn.

Hey, my server might be a perfect fit for you. We have a creative world, a survival world, and a few plugins to prevent griefing and to add some really fun mechanics. Some of the plugins on the server is mcMMO (wouldn't run a server without it!), ClayGen (for turning gravel into clay), MonsterBox (seriously, why break the spawner when you can harvest it), iConomy (everyone wants money, right), VirtualShop (gotta have a place to buy and sell, right?), and a few others. We just went from only having 14 slots to 42, so we are looking for some new players. We have two worlds, a survival world and a creative worlds with totally separate inventories and separate permissions to prevent cheating.
I started the server when 1.3 beta came out and it has been growing at a slow and steady rate. All the players know each other and it is quite the tight knit group. The server is whitelisted to keep just anyone from joining without applying first (keeps all the casual troublemakers at bay). We have a few friendly admins who will help you out.
As far as being organized, we do have a spawn town, and we do have a few rules to make sure people don't get out of bounds, but most of the time I don't have to "organize" anything as most of the people take it upon themselves to keep improving the town and keeping it looking neat. We have some pretty impressive builders on the server which love creating new buildings so traveling out any distance from spawn you will probably find some epic structure awaiting you to explore.
As far as the server being in Canada, it's actually in the US in Texas, but we have builders from around the world on it reporting very little to zero lag. Most noteably Sweden (RobinJ24), Canada (BC_Programming), Europe (Cengbrecht, Mulreay), among a few others. As such we have builders on the server at all times of the day so you are almost guaranteed to have someone to show you around and show you how things work on it.
As far as donations are concerned, I don't charge anyone to play on the server, although if you do donate I wouldn't mind giving you a few extra perks. I run the server for the fun of it and I have never charged for anything you can do in game. I believe that any player should be able to do what the next player is doing whether they have "donated" or not as far as game play mechanics are concerned.
The admins on the server have been hand picked from the players for their willingness to help out and be able to work with people to settle disputes and keep the gameplay fun and fair for everyone. All the admins play the same way the players do without world edit, creative mode, or any other unfair advantages. The only time they use those powers is to help players out, or doing admin stuff.

For being a "free" server we have excellent uptime and almost nothing can pull down the server for long. Constant onsite and offsite backups are one of the things I do to keep player's creations safe in case of an entire corrupted world, which has only happened once and they only lost 30 minutes of work.
