Why i want to be a mod: I feel that if we get some mods there will be less griefers and hackers but that doesnt mean we shouldnt get too much mods
Modding expierience:I've been a mod in another server and i know how to use a few bukkit plugins(if you have some) I also know how a hacker and griefer think (for the fact i WAS a griefer until i changed, and one of my friends is like a hacker so i know how they think)
