This all-perfect server, is, tragically, non-existent.
I would make one if I had a server or a PC that stayed on 24/7. I would make one and it would be ****ing FABULOUS. Freaking milk and honey would pour from the sky.

I've been searching for a bit, haven't found one.
I have a server like this...except no Roleplay. Lol... I have funds to start a roleplay server but I have no experience with them sadly.
My server doesn't fit your requirements exactly, but it is close, so you may be interested. It is a small, themed, light role-play server. We have a very simple story line and don't even have races. We have under-18 players, but try to be fairly selective about who I let in. The admins are all over 18. The current world is actually quite new, though it doesn't look like it since we copied a lot of stuff from the old world. However, because it is a new world there aren't many, if any, random abandoned buildings currently.

I prefer playing with those older than +18. *shrug* It's only offensive if you make it so. (captain)
meh not really. if they want to play with older people there's nothing wrong with that unless they tried to force everyone to play like that
