I would like to be admin on a bukkit survival server with factions, essentials, worldedit and other general plugins.
Please Do Not say: (You can be member but we don't need admins.) This clearly means you just need more players and here is not the place to post.
Only reply if you need admins.
I have tons of experience as being owner on my own server and I am mature, do not curse and am friendly.

Help build? That's what builders are for. That's why admins post to get builders. An admin's job is to watch over the server and make sure everything is in order, plug-ins are accounted for, and players do not disobey rules. Not to build. I'm sick of seeing all these "I can help build" crap on applications like this.

Admins are required to know plugin information and as Isenes said, its a lot of work and you haven't shown anything, maybe google an admin template and repost this?
