If someone got onto a server and was given FTP access and downloaded their server then deleted their whole server to use their server for their own, is this illegal?

Anyway, I've been having this problem for awhile now and I wanna know what I can do to fix it. Whenever I go to minecraft or tekkit,(I play on a laptop) the laptop gets really loud, seems to be working harder than it should, and occasionally overheats. I turned my render distance down to the lowest setting, changed my graphics, and it's a bit better. It still happens though. I have a fan under the laptop. Awhile back I tried to download a texture pack and got multiple viruses but they were removed. Please help.

It appears that your computor can not handle Minecraft well enough.
