The server in (the current season of) his smp let's play uses the latest, NOT AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC, beta versions of the mods.
Feed The Beast mod packs use ONLY versions that are publicly released.
And his smp let's play uses versions that are NOT publicly released.
Which ofcourse means that his smp let's play !!!DOES NOT USE FTB!!!
It would be awesome if you could check out my mod and give me some feed back. Right now its pretty simple compared to some of the ones you use. But I hope to build it up over time. I would really appreciate it!
As you're probably aware by now, many of us have found our way into the wonderful world of Minecraft modding via your videos. While I haven't been a subscriber since the beginning, I have watched your last two single player lets plays as well as the more recent MP ones on Pahicraft and Forgecraft and not too long ago an idea struck me.
My question to you is; Would you be adverse to doing a Direwolf20 Community Server LP? Of course, the logistics of hosting a server for fans of the Direwolf community would be somewhat tricky, but I think if enough of us pull together we could pull it off. I think the introduction of a Direwolf20 community server could end up being pretty awesome stuff. Not only would we get to meet and interact with you in game, as well as participate in large scale community builds, but it would also generate tons of content for your channel. We could even host weekly Wrenched games on the server complete with spectators and in game prizes. Of course, nothing could ever replace your single player SPs or just listening to the fascinating conversations that take place on the Forgecraft teamspeak, but I just think it might be beneficial for everyone involved and a cool way for you to interact with your viewers and perhaps put some more varied content on to your channel!
Ive been around dire since you've first started making videos and have literally invested lol tons of time and have watched every single one of your videos. So congrats on 100k subscribers.

Will there ever be a contest/event where one winner will be allowed to come play on forge craft?

how do i insert oil cans into a iron tank i have tried everything from hoppers to pumping the can into machines to empty them and then pump out the oil but when i do that it just puts the can in the wrong spot i used 3 stacks of iron that freaking tank and i need help please oh master of mods help me
how would you recommend teaching Friends (who hardly know anything about the mods) how to use and play them? i myself know quite a bit but i want to help them learn and help them get interested in playing but since they don't know much they just get confused and frustrated, help!

2. Also I was wondering what your first Minecraft version was that you ever played in your life and weather you starting playing Minecraft modded immediatly or at first only played Vanilla until you discovered mods and started posting videos.
