It is possible to setup BungeeCord without doing this. We cannot allow changed to those parts of the server.properties file.

Yes, it is possible but the server will be under a security risk (as bungee requires all servers to be in offline mode). I am trying to make users connect from the proxy, but that won't work unless I change the server-ip to 127.0.0.1.

Submit a ticket. But wouldn't 127.0.0.1 just listen to connections on the same machine?

I also got just a bunch of BS and all the guy did was sent me a link to their terms of service. I didn't do anything to abuse the server so I deserve a refund. To be honest NEVER choose this host.

To be fair, if your server crashes it is not the hosts fault but something you have on it/have done with it. Now I take it support can be slow at some times but if you start asking for a refund because you messed up or software you have did you should get directed to the TOS as it states no refunds which you should have read ahead of time. I myself have had many issues minecraft and non- minecraft related and have got good support on all issues, even the non minecraft ones which my support doesn't even cover.

This incident has since been resolved however this client NEVER opened a Support Ticket.
This is honestly one of the worst hosting companies I've seen in my life, I purchased a dedicated server from them, and their delivery time was 48 hours max. I had to wait approximately 4 days, until I received an answer from one of the people that works there, and he said that he wasn't able to get the server, because he needed to provide picture proof (Worst excuse ever, why doesn't he just provide a god damn picture?). Anyways, so he told me to wait to get my money back. because he had to get the money back from them (TOTAL BS, Why can't he just give me my money?). Also, he is in the US, so the only times I can speak to him is at night, they don't have a European support team, they consist of 2 unprofessional individuals. I never got my money back, and it's been 5 days since I paid, and I need my money cause I have to purchase another server. (I purchased this one for $150, and they scammed me) He never apologized for anything.
They also never answers tickets, and they lie on their front page.
TL;DR: They are a complete scam and their team consists of 2 ting scammers.
Oh, they also never make backups, so all my server files got deleted last time I had a server at their place.

I put the order through to the reseller and am told that I would need to send them the ID of the end-customer. I don't take customer's ID so I denied this request and asked them to provide me a refund which I would then pass on to the customer.
I told this to the customer but he was unwilling to work with me and despite my reassurances opened a PayPal dispute. To all of the hosts out there, PAYPAL takes the money away from the account as soon as the dispute is opened.
So now, because PayPal removes the disputed money, I have 2x less money that I started with. Because of this I told the customer that he would have to wait for my reseller to refund me before I would refund him because if I did refund him with my personal / reserve PayPal money I would have had 3x losses instead of just 2x.
My reseller refused to respond to my emails so I had to open a PayPal dispute to which they quickly refunded me. Just minutes after I received my refund I refunded the customer.
Hope this gives your some more background and shows that I have no intention of owning a scam company, and am willing to work with customers if they work with me.
This host has caused me nothing but trouble. The VPS is in a constant crash and stays down for long periods of time. The VPS control panel they provide is absolutely horrible and contains a lot of bugs. I have not been able to connect to the VPS control panel for about two days now and have no way to restart the VPS. I will NOT be going with these guys ever again. If you are looking for cheap hosting I do NOT recommend this company.
