I was considering BoxBilling (which you see I started to work on http://mineport.net) but I find it easier for users to send payments through PayPal as they can customize their order endlessly vs having to create packages per possible combination.

True, but WHMCS is a monthly fee and support is *volunteer* so the use of private messaging with the forums would suffice. (The billing panel that we setup has the options for tickets/knowledge bases but we disabled it)

That's very true, but persay if Client B is using 4GB of RAM on a 60/60GB RAM (full node) and wants to upgrade, then it would automatically oversell the server. I'll consider, but thank you

Whats the difference between I said just above this and a 8GB VPS? Considering that they have the same stuff?

The MC server is just an 8GB MC server running off of Multicraft, a VPS would give you 1 core per GB and would allow you to install anything. It doesn't include anything MInecraft related so you would need to install Multicraft. We can always do that for a small fee
