Hey I am thinking about getting a server from you guys. What is the upload download speeds?

We might upgrade in future but it's not at todo list right now.

I just purchased (today) a 1 gig server. I hit the purchase button and my phone INSTANTLY started buzzing. The server was ready to go within ten minutes. I changed to bukkit dev and put on the enjin plugins. It ran very nicely with one person on but I am going to advertise soon and we'll see how it does.

I do have a question though. I have never hosted before, and only wanted a small server. However, if I get a playerbase I would like to upgrade. Can I do so without ordering a new server? For example if I had 1 gig ram, and I wanted to upgrade to 2 gig (Iron) could you do so without me canceling my stone package and then buying a new iron package?

Yes that is possible.
You can upgrade at client area at product details.
For more questions you can open a ticket or add lassematias on skype.

Multicraft is not working. My server registers as being nonexistent please help!

I've owned one of their Diamond Tier plans for about 2-4 days so far and now realizing that they are 100% cheaper then my old host I am extraordinarily impressed with their services and I have already recommended their service to about 2 of my friends 1 of them actually signed up :D, He is very happy with their service as well. Thanks for supplying such an amazing service.

I am switching from another host, I moved all my files and everything but there are many bugs. I think it is because the bukkit is not the same bukkit I was using, which caused a conflict in plugins. I was using this jar: http://dl.bukkit.org/latest-beta/craftbukkit-beta.jar
Do you guys offer that same jar on your panel? I think I am using it, but I am not sure. I get a failed to verify username error whenever I try to connect to the server.

EDIT: This seems to be happening on all the servers on the node... but only for me, as there is 5 players on one of the servers.

Uh.. What? :/ I attempted to join my server today. It told me "failed to verify username session authentication server unavailable" I tried to submit a ticket but the website is down.
