The hosting is phenomenal. I'm a co-owner of mentioned server and I can confirm that I get no lag, and I'm also from the US. Not only that but the prices for servers are without a doubt the lowest I have ever seen, especially for such quality hosting. They also have hilarious and friendly staff. I would recommend this over any other.
You get double the features for half the price, and quality isn't sacrificed. More than can be said about other hosts.
It normally has no lag. I do get a lot of lag when there are a lot of people on, but that's probably due to me living in California and having a terrible internet connection. Other than that it is usually good.

I live in Canada, and the hosting is very nice, I recently started my own server with them and they are very nice and helpful. I get no lag, even when using WorldEdit. Great hosting!
