It's been 6 days since I opened a ticket and no response. All I want to know is how I can start my Mumble server. Not sure I'd use this hosting company again if I can't get a hold of any techsupport.

Worst host I ever had. Didn't answer a single ticket for the two months I had them. After a month of a ticket being opened, they closed it with no resolution. Never told me how I could have my "free" Mumble server. Now I just discover that even though I canceled my account months ago, they've still been automatically charging my paypal every month. No one responded to my ticket or email about it.

These guys are total scam artists. DO NOT waste your money. NEVER USE NITROHOSTS.
