Oh no, we solved their issue awhile back. They were in fact solved in support tickets.
This text marks when we fixed the errors:
"Sorry, we had a small downtime as I was allocating more IP's to the server! As a result, the servers had a lag spike while this was happening. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused anyone
We have resumed normal function as of 9:00 P.M CST last night: 4/21/2012"
I would like to say thank you to blockhead hosting, before I even bought my server they were helpful on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON answering questions I had about their services and support. I bought my server and before I could get back from the paypal website to their website my server was ready ( i think they have esp).
I had some questions even after that and within minutes they had my problems fixed and I was well on my way.
I'm running on 2.5 gig and doing 500k block edit with world edit isn't a problem.
No lag, No problems.
Great support, Great staff, Great service. Glad to be with blockhead hosting.
I am a little confused by what you mean. The IP cannot be changed to yours since that is simply how IPs work. Now, if you have a website and had the domain forwarded to an IP like play.mywebsite.com then that could be changed to our IP
We have a file manager in which you would have to select upload. In order to drag and drop you need to FTP in order to do so do:
Host: blockheadhosting.com
Username: username used to login to TCAdmin
Password: pass used to sign in to TCAdmin
Port: 8821
Use an FTP client such as FileZilla to do so.
Plugins can be found searching bukkit.org: http://plugins.bukkit.org/#ti=&ta=all&au=&subm=false&pno=0
In order to update, just click mod manager and hit install on "Bukkit" this will install the latest version automatically and update the server to 1.2.5
Once you install bukkit, it will auto create a folder titled "plugins" in which you drag and drop the .jar files you downloaded into then reset the server or type /reload - though restarting the server is best when possible as reloading a lot can cause unused memory to be taken up.
After hosting my server off of a windows machine for 3 months struggling with errors..lag...and low connection speeds i decided it was time to purchase hosting. I began my search mainly through google, and spent a lot of time analyzing MANY minecraft hosting websites! However none seemed to be offering the prices and service that i wanted, and some of the bigger hosts were too impersonal. As soon as i discovered Blockhead hosting through a popular server i have enjoyed, WildCraft, i immediately went to their site and knew it would be the right choice, the plans are clear and to the point, and the prices are great! If you are struggling to pick an MC host, go with these guys! They know what they're doing and reply to help tickets fast! In addition my players have noticed and enjoyed NO lag and fast connections! Im glad i chose blockheadhosting and will continue using their services! Thanks Guys! -IGN Pixelhawk
Not at all, we have had no downtime and have not received any complaints from other customers. I see that your server is up and running with players so that is good

Ah, maybe it was just a restart I guess, during my downtime, I checked your recent server partners, and they were down. Once my server got back on, there's was on too. I guess it didn't matter since it was 11:30 PM
Hi, using a program such as filezilla you would put these for the fields

I believe it was our colocation center that was updating their systems
