When are you expecting to get more 1GB servers?

I was gonna try it but all the plans say 0 Availible. Thats just messed. You just lost a 32GB customer.

Hi Jacob,

We provision servers every weekend, we refuse to oversell and thus do not always have the higher packages available.

You made have an older cache of the page, try clearing your cache, as we do have a few 1GBs in stock.

Just signed up today and I just want to say that this host is AMAZING! Minecraft server hosting AND web hosting for only $12 a month, that's incredible. Not to mention you have such great support. I was looking at your site, and reading this forum and not a single legit negative review! Thanks for the deal and looking forward to being a customer.

Taking awhile to hear back everytime I send them a ticket, ranges from 4 to 24 hours... I'm wasting money by the minute waiting for a response. I've been having trouble setting up my dedicated server for the past 2 days and I'm getting a little frustrated. My advice would be stick with the non dedicated ones :/ unless you know exactly how to set one up and you don't use a mac.

According to the ticket records, the overall response time is 1.53 hours...

I have almost always heard back within an hour or less on my tickets. Chat is AMAZING support too for quick answers as they are almost ALWAYS available right away.

I haven't had ANY issues using them and will be upgrading soon.

I usually end up with personalized account emails from you guys, so those won't get recorded. Still an amazing server, very kind staff, never any lag and the best price you can find! 9/10 from me which is the highest I've ever given! The last server I had was with beastnode, good server but way over priced and had a very long response time (and they got a 6/10 in my book).

when are you getting more nyc servers in? i am considering getting a server i am coming from beastnode i have had nothing but problems with them are you guys any better? Also to log into your server do you have to type a port at the end? i no some server host do that and what does the free web hosting mean like a web sight? also with my old server host i run 45-50 slots and 3 worlds and about 30 plugins would the 2048 MB run that?

Alright, now that my server's been officially released to the public ( We had over 24 people online at once with multiple resource-intensive plugins on 2Gb of RAM with this company. ) I'm going to post yet another review!

I've been impressed with FPSBox since day 1. I live more than halfway across the country from where the server is located and I notice no lag. This is on my shared 8 Mbit download / 1 Mbit upload internet. We run over 15 plugins (For example; Heroes, HeroChat, WorldGuard, Essentials, SWatchdog, LWC, CraftIRC, SpoutPlugin, Vault, and more) on 2GB of RAM. That's how amazing this company's garbage collection is, for you more technical folks. The world loads extremely well and extremely fast.

i just bought the 2gb server great support i have had no problems so far great server host the only thing i dont like is you have to pay for a dedicated ip so there is no port.other than that they are good

To be fair, most companies charge extra for dedicated IPs

On our smaller plans it's $2/month, all others are $1.50/month.

8GB / 16GB it's free.

I've only ever seen 1 or 2 other actual MCForums-accepted companies that give it for free.

Just wondering if that you suspend servers if using too much CPU or RAM? And where can I choose to get a dedicated IP on checkout?
